I'm Britany aka "Brit". 

I'm a Wife, Mom, Social Worker, Mental Health Advocate, Faith & Lifestyle Blogger but most importantly God's Daughter. 

I created She Speaks Lyfe because I needed a space where I felt heard and seen and I wanted to shared this space with other women. I believe that the experiences I walk through in life are to empower others to trust God and know that they also can make it through.

I am not perfect and I do not desire to obtain perfection. I, however, hope to uplift other women by reminding them to love themselves; to know their worth; and to believe that God created them on purpose and for purpose.

She Speaks Lyfe is a community focused on empowerment, growth, and healing. This community is created to help women find and use their voice confidently while being their authentic self. Again, I am here to remind you that God has created you on purpose, with purpose, for a purpose.
